The idea for the album was, to create a soundtrack for a film, that hasn´t been shot. So the music just illustrates some imaginary spots and scenes and gives the possibility to everybody to create his own film in mind while listening to the music.

Title: The Synthi Group Vol. 3
Date: 2010-12-03
Keywords: ambient; soundscape; experimental; electronic; space music; live electronics; psychedelic; glitch; drone; other
(320 kbps)

The Synthi Group returns for part three of their EMS analog music series. Unlike the first two releases, this edition was recorded with a specific theme in mind and with parameters of limitation. The artists appearing on volume three were asked to create ambient soundscapes using EMS equipment ONLY. No other musical gear was used in the creation of this compilation.

Sit back, plug in some headphones and be enveloped by the atmospheric aurality that these fine instruments offer under conduction of experienced adepts. The modulations crafted here are meant to accompany the listener on a voyage one could easily take during sleep, a walk communing with nature, or with a focused ritual. We’ll let you interpret whether your journey is more akin to a pleasant dream, or a dark nightmare; an enjoyable walk, or a terrified flight; a positive attainment of higher light, or the conjuring of the dead…

The EP "Formantprothetik" by Pharmakustik offers five new intracranial bullets of formantshifting, voiceprocessings and intermodulated malformations. The surgical approaches and techniques inside the teratoma regions led to a new acoustic result of clinico-topographical correlation. Pilocytic neurosurgical storms of decompressed dynamics.

Artist: Edgeist
Title: Assembly (EP)
Date: 2010-07-25
Keywords: rhythmic noise; industrial; power noise; noise; dark electronic; low-tech

Assembly EP is composed of 5 rhythmic noise tracks. Assembly is some dark & rusty electronics beats with low tech attitude for industrial themes.

Edgeist is an industrial / noise solo project started on late 2005 in Lyon (France). Assembly is my fifth release. My musical main concept is the creation of harsh metallic soundscapes under the rhythmic flux of noises. I can define my music as rhythmic & ambiant noise. Low-tech attitude, grinded beats and corroded electronic sounds.
